Details chevron-up chevron-down

Relax outdoors together with the Alexander Rose Lakeside Acacia Companion Set, a traditional two-seat garden set combining comfortable wooden seating with a practical integrated table.

Made from acacia hardwood with a warm natural finish, the Lakeside Companion Set is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee, reading in the garden or relaxing outdoors with company.

Comfortable Seating for Two

The companion set features two individual slatted seats positioned side by side, providing comfortable outdoor seating for two people.

The slightly shaped design, supportive backrests and traditional wooden armrests make it a practical alternative to a conventional garden bench while still creating a shared seating area.

Integrated Central Table

Positioned conveniently between the two seats is an integrated wooden side table, providing an easy-to-reach surface for drinks, books, phones and other small items while you relax.

A useful lower shelf beneath the tabletop provides additional space for small garden accessories or personal belongings.

Acacia Hardwood Construction

The Lakeside Companion Set is crafted from acacia hardwood, a strong and naturally attractive timber widely used for outdoor furniture.

The wood has a warm natural colour and distinctive grain, while its oiled finish enhances the appearance of the timber. As acacia is a natural material, variations in colour and grain are normal and give each piece its own individual character.

Traditional Lakeside Styling

With its classic slatted backs, wooden armrests and natural timber finish, the Lakeside Companion Set works particularly well in both traditional and contemporary gardens.

Its compact all-in-one design makes it suitable for patios, terraces, beside flower beds or in a quiet corner of the garden where two people can sit and enjoy the outdoor space together.

Assembly

The Alexander Rose Lakeside Companion Set is supplied flat-packed and requires assembly. Assembly instructions are included with the product.

Maintenance chevron-up chevron-down

Acacia is a durable natural hardwood, but regular care will help keep your Alexander Rose Lakeside Companion Set looking its best for longer.

Clean the furniture periodically using a soft cloth or brush with mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and pressure washing, as these can damage the surface of the timber.

To help nourish the wood and maintain its original warm colour, we recommend treating the acacia annually with a suitable timber treatment. Always follow the instructions supplied with the treatment product.

If left untreated, the timber will naturally weather over time and gradually develop a more silver-grey appearance. This is a normal characteristic of outdoor hardwood and does not affect the structural performance of the furniture.

Check the set periodically and tighten any screws or bolts that may have loosened through normal use or the natural movement of the timber.

A suitable breathable furniture cover can also help reduce exposure to dirt and prolonged poor weather when the set is not in use. Allow the furniture to dry before covering it and make sure air can circulate around the timber.

As acacia is a natural material, variations in colour and grain, minor surface checking and small amounts of movement may occur as the timber responds to changing weather conditions. These are normal characteristics of real wood rather than manufacturing defects.
