Introducing our new Polish manufactured range of premium motorised outdoor structures – setting new standards in the automatic terrace roofing industry. Each structure is made with thick walled extruded aluminium profiles coated with a layer of thermally hardened powder finish. Featuring an integrated motor system, the louvered roof panels, zip blinds and lighting are controlled at low speed by remote control or mobile device. Â
The Technic New is a sleek and modern customisable bio-climatic outdoor structure with the added feature of integrated zip blinds. This screener zip is perfect for larger sized structures for use as a garden room, an extension of the home’s living space or terrace cover for a hotel or restaurant. Â
The adjustable motorised aluminium louvres are rotatable from 0° to 135° enabling full control over sun, rain and snow protection. The Technic Pro allows for limitless modular expansion options offering full side enclosure and compatible with the installation of all optional accessories. It can be custom built to accommodate any dimensions required.Â

Colour ChoicesÂ
The aluminium frame is available as standard in white, grey and anthracite. The louvered roof panels are available as standard in white, grey and anthracite. However, as an additional extra, any RAL colour, wood-grade finish or Tiger 3D metallic range can be rendered, allowing it to seamlessly blend with your own particular style and space. Â

Can I see the Technic New edition in the OutdoorLiving.ie showroom?Â
There is a Technic Pro edition garden room on display in our Glen of the Downs showroom which is a very similar structure to the Technic New garden room. The only differing feature is the integrated zip blind on the Technic Pro. This particular model also displays the varying additional extras such as LED lighting, shutters, glazing and infrared heating options. We are open seven days a week, Monday-Saturday 9.30am-5.30pm & Sunday 12.15pm-5.30pm.Â
What are the size options available for this veranda or garden room?Â
Fully customisable, the Technic New is available in whatever dimensions are required.Â
What colours are the Technic New edition available in?Â
The standard colour options include white, grey and anthracite. However as an additional extra, any RAL colour, wood-grade finish or Tiger 3D metallic range are available as a fully customisable option.
What material is used for the roofing?Â
The standard fabric is Techprotect, a technical fabric specifically designed for this type of roofing. It is a three-layer fabric that protects against overheating of the surface under the roofing. The fabric is coated on both sides with PVC, which is easy to clean, waterproof, and flame-resistant. This fabric completely blocks sunlight and UV rays.Â
How does the LED Lighting system work?Â
There are four different LED lighting options – box LED, spot LED, line LED, strip Led – which can all be controlled by either a remote control or mobile device from anywhere in the world.Â

Depending on the area you live in, and following an initial in-store consultation, a member of our structures team will arrange a site visit at a time and date that is suitable for you to assess the space. They will discuss what options may best suit your requirements and then follow up within a few working days with a comprehensive and competitive quote. Â

Installation varies based on design complexity and site specifics but generally involves securing the structure to a suitable base and assembling the components. It's recommended to have professional installation to ensure safety and functionality.Â
What is the maximum height my veranda or garden room can be?Â
In Ireland, the maximum allowable height for any outdoor structure is three metres to the apex.Â
