With five powerful cast iron burners producing a combined output of 26.5kW, this BBQ provides strong and even heat for everything from quick family dinners to larger gatherings. The spacious cooking area includes a 640mm grill and 320mm plate configuration, giving flexibility for cooking meats, vegetables, breakfasts, seafood, and more at the same time.
The roasting hood features a double-layered stainless steel outer with a black enamel inner lining designed to retain heat efficiently during cooking. An integrated temperature gauge allows you to monitor heat levels without lifting the hood, making roasting and slow cooking more controlled and consistent.
Porcelain coated cast iron cooking surfaces are designed for long-lasting performance and are resistant to rust while also helping to distribute heat evenly across the cooking area. Individual vented stainless steel vaporisers help reduce flare-ups while enhancing flavour during cooking.
The raised chrome warming rack provides additional space for resting cooked food, warming buns, or keeping dishes heated while the main cooking area remains in use. The hood-hinged design allows the rack to move conveniently with the hood during opening and closing.
The Quartz Start ignition system offers reliable burner ignition, while the BBQ comes set up for LPG and is approved for natural gas conversion if required.
