We are thrilled to announce that OutdoorLiving.ie has reached a significant milestone – becoming a Top 5 finalist in the Large Online Retail category at the Retail Excellence Awards 2024. This recognition marks a major achievement for our company and is a testament to the hard work, creativity and dedication of our website and marketing team. 

In June 2023, we unveiled our brand new website with a mission to enhance our customers’ online shopping experience. We understood that for our customers, the online journey needed to be smooth, intuitive and visually engaging. With this in mind, we set out to redesign our digital space from the ground up. 

From improved navigation to faster loading times, the website was built to make every step of the online shopping experience seamless. But our biggest focus was to bring our products to life. We introduced new photography and engaging videos, offering customers a detailed, immersive view of the outdoor furniture, pergolas and garden rooms, garden accessories and much more, that they were interested in. These visual enhancements have allowed customers to envision how products would look in their own outdoor spaces, aiding their decision making process and making it as free flowing and easy as possible. 

What makes this achievement even more special is the fact that it has been driven by a small, close-knit team of creative minds, IT experts, web developers and content writers. From the initial brainstorming sessions for the website's redesign to the meticulous execution of our vision, every team member has contributed their unique skills to make the OutdoorLiving.ie online store what it is today. 

Our creative team worked tirelessly on ensuring that our product images and videos were not only high quality but also reflected the true beauty and functionality of our outdoor living products. The web developers and IT professionals focused on building a robust platform that could handle increased traffic while delivering a user-friendly shopping experience. And our content writers created product descriptions, blogs, and helpful guides that further enriched the customer experience by providing detailed insights into our offerings. 

This recognition speaks volumes about the progress we've made as a company.
