The Char-Broil Convective 310 B 3 Burner BBQ is a practical gas barbecue with a generous cooking area and three independently controlled burners. Designed for cooking for around 4–6 people, it combines straightforward controls with plenty of preparation space for everyday garden barbecues.
Three stainless steel burners provide a combined main burner output of 10.5kW, giving you separate heat zones across the cooking surface. This makes it easy to cook different foods at the same time or leave part of the grill at a lower temperature for more controlled cooking.
The 58cm x 47cm cooking area uses porcelain-coated cast iron grates that retain heat well and help create defined sear marks on steaks, burgers and vegetables. A raised warming rack provides additional space for cooked food, bread and other items that need less direct heat.
Two large side shelves provide useful space for plates, ingredients and barbecue tools while cooking. The open cart design includes two wheels, making the BBQ easier to move around the patio or garden when required.
A lid-mounted temperature gauge lets you monitor the heat inside the BBQ without repeatedly lifting the lid. Electronic ignition provides straightforward burner lighting, while the removable grease tray helps make cleaning up after cooking easier.
