The unit comes pre-assembled for quick setup, with the exception of the roofing material, which you can select to match your style or needs. The floor is crafted from durable C24-grade spruce and insulated with 100mm of stone wool, complete with an anti-rodent mesh and a wind barrier beneath. On top, you’ll find 22mm Forestia floor panels—eco-friendly and compliant with European regulations. The package also includes mounting legs for easy installation.
The walls feature a sturdy 70mm spruce frame, wrapped in a windproof layer. They’re insulated with 70mm stone wool and finished on the inside with 12mm Forestia wall panels, painted in any RAL colour you prefer. The exterior is clad in 120mm spruce siding, also painted in your chosen shade for a custom look.
The ceiling is finished with 12mm Forestia panels, available in your selected colour, and insulated with 100mm of stone wool. An 18mm OSB board forms the base for your preferred roofing—whether that’s SBS, EPDM, or another material. The roof is engineered to withstand snow loads up to 90kg/m².
Doors and windows are constructed from laminated wood, offering enhanced strength and resistance to warping, cracking, and weather damage. The laminated build ensures longevity and protection against humidity and temperature shifts. Standard glazing is 5mm laminated glass, with optional upgrades to mirrored or insulated glass in a 4+15+4 ISO configuration.
