The house is delivered fully pre-assembled, with the exception of the roof covering, which is left to your personal choice. The floor is constructed from sturdy C24 spruce timber, insulated with 100 mm of rock wool. Underneath, you'll find a windproof layer and anti-rodent mesh for added protection. The top surface features 22 mm Forestia floor tiles—eco-friendly and fully compliant with European standards. Mounting legs are included for easy setup.
Walls are built with a solid 70 mm spruce frame and protected with a wind barrier. They're insulated with 70 mm stone wool for year-round comfort. The interior is finished with 12 mm Forestia wall panels in the RAL colour of your choosing, while the outer layer consists of 120 mm spruce cladding, also painted in your preferred colour.
The ceiling uses 12mm Forestia panels, available in a range of colours to suit your aesthetic. It’s insulated with 100 mm stone wool and topped with 18 mm OSB board, ready for your selected roofing material—be it SBS, EPDM, or another option. The structure is engineered to handle snow loads of up to 90 kg/m², ensuring reliability even in harsh weather.
Doors and windows are made from laminated wood for increased durability and protection against warping or cracking. This layered design is highly resistant to moisture and temperature shifts. Standard glazing includes 5 mm laminated glass, with options for mirror glass or insulated 4+15+4 ISO glazing if preferred.
