The pellet side features a 7.2kg hopper capacity, feeding hardwood pellets into the burn system for rich, natural wood flavour. A dial-in digital control board with LED read-out allows accurate temperature management from 82°C to 260°C, covering everything from low-and-slow smoking to roasting and baking. Two included meat probes plug directly into the control board, making it simple to monitor internal temperatures without lifting the lid.
