Promoter
The promoter is OutdoorLiving.ie, trading in the Republic of Ireland.
Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
How to Enter
Entry is free and automatic by subscribing to the OutdoorLiving.ie newsletter. No purchase or payment is required, and making a purchase does not affect a participant’s chances of winning. Participants must remain subscribed to the OutdoorLiving.ie newsletter at the time of each monthly draw to be eligible.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Subscribers only need to enter once to be included in all monthly draws during the competition period. Multiple entries using different email addresses or identities may result in disqualification
Competition Period
The competition runs monthly from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
The closing date for each monthly draw is the last calendar day of that month.
Prize
Each month, one winner will receive a €1,000 voucher to spend on products available at OutdoorLiving.ie.
The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Voucher Conditions
The voucher will be subject to standard terms of use, including any expiry date or product exclusions. Full voucher terms will be provided to the winner at the time the prize is issued.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random each month from all eligible entries received by the relevant monthly closing date. The draw will be conducted fairly and in accordance with Irish promotional regulations. A participant may only win once during the competition period.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified using the email address provided at the time of newsletter subscription. The promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, residency, and eligibility before confirming the winner. If a selected winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the promoter may select an alternative winner.
Publicity
By entering the competition, winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity. A winner may decline without affecting acceptance of the prize. No additional personal data will be published without the winner’s further consent.
Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law and the OutdoorLiving.ie Privacy Policy.
Data will be used to administer the competition and to send newsletter communications. Participants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without affecting their competition entry.
Changes or Cancellation
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition only where necessary due to technical, network, hardware, or software failure of any kind. Any such changes will be communicated clearly and will not unfairly disadvantage participants.
General
The promoter’s decisions regarding the operation of the competition are final, subject always to participants’ statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
Governing Law
This competition is governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or from acceptance of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
