Here are the key considerations to keep in mind as you embark on your outdoor living project. 

How important is the height of my outdoor structure?

Height is vital when purchasing your bespoke structure. It determines the overall feel and functionality of the space. If your garden has height limitations, don't worry! We offer flat-roof designs that can beautifully enhance your outdoor area while complying with your space requirements.

Can you assist with the concrete foundation?

Absolutely. We can organize the concrete work for you. Our team specialise in laying solid groundwork, allowing you to focus on the exciting part - designing your new outdoor space.

How is drainage handled in my outdoor structure?

Drainage is a critical component of any outdoor structure. All our designs incorporate internal guttering systems. This ensures effective water management, preventing potential issues with leaks and water damage, allowing you to enjoy your outdoor space without any worry.

Are blinds available for my structure?

Yes, we offer a range of blind options, including electric blinds. This feature not only adds privacy but also allows you to control sunlight levels, making your outdoor space comfortable throughout the day.

What colour options do I have for my structure? 

Your outdoor structure can come in a variety of colours. The standard colours are black, silver, white, and anthracite however any RAL colour is available at an additional cost. This allows you to choose the finish that best compliments your home and garden aesthetic.

What warranty do you offer?

We stand by the quality of our garden structures, which is why all our products come with a generous warranty ranging from 5 to 10 years. This provides you with peace of mind, ensuring you’re covered in the unlikely event of any issues.

Can my garden room be locked for security?

Yes, the sliding doors are equipped with locks. This option ensures your garden room is secure, providing you with confidence that your belongings are safe.

Can I add LED lights to my structure?

Yes, LED lights are a fantastic addition to your garden room. They fit neatly into the rafters, offering illumination that enhances the space while being energy-efficient and long-lasting.  

What is the estimated waiting time after placing my order?

Once you place your order, the waiting time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks. 

Do you provide assembly services?

Yes, we have a number of highly skilled assembly teams ready to assist with the installation of your outdoor structure. Our experts ensure that your new space is assembled correctly and efficiently. 

How do I proceed with my purchase?

To proceed with your order, a 50% deposit is required until your structure is in stock. As part of our customer service, we also organise a free site visit to ensure we have all your requirements and measurements correct.
