Terms of Use | €1,000 OutdoorLiving.ie Voucher

Issuer 
This voucher is issued by OutdoorLiving.ie and may be redeemed either in-store or on the OutdoorLiving.ie website. 

Value 
The voucher has a total value of €1,000 and may be used in one or more transactions until the full value is redeemed. 

Expiry 
The voucher will be valid for five years from the date of issue, in line with Irish consumer law. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will no longer be valid. 

Use of Voucher 
The voucher may be used as full or part payment for eligible products available at OutdoorLiving.ie at the time of redemption. The remaining voucher balance will be adjusted automatically after each transaction. If the total purchase value exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.  

Exclusions 
The voucher may not be used in conjunction with certain promotions, discount codes, or sale events, where stated at the point of redemption. 

Non-Transferable and No Cash Alternative 
The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. The voucher may be gifted but may not be resold or exchanged for value. 

Lost or Stolen Vouchers 
OutdoorLiving.ie cannot be held responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without the voucher holder’s permission, except where required by law. 

Returns and Refunds 
If goods purchased using the voucher are returned in accordance with OutdoorLiving.ie’s returns policy, any refund due will be issued back to the voucher. This does not affect a consumer’s statutory rights. 

Consumer Rights 
Use of this voucher does not affect the holder’s statutory rights under Irish consumer law.  

Competition Terms and Conditions 
This voucher has been issued as part of a promotional competition. Use of the voucher is subject to the competition’s full terms and conditions, which can be viewed here. 
These competition terms and conditions apply alongside the Voucher Terms of Use. 

Right to Refuse 
OutdoorLiving.ie reserves the right to refuse redemption of the voucher where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms of Use. 

Governing Law 
These voucher terms are governed by Irish law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
