Get your appetite ready because GrillFest is back, bringing the heat (and the meat) this May! Mark your calendars for this May Bank Holiday Monday, 5th May from 12 noon to 4 pm, and join us for the ultimate BBQ day at our Glen of the Downs Showroom in Wicklow. 

This year, we're bigger than ever, with an incredible line up that won’t disappoint. Smokin' Soul are back with their mouth watering demos, featuring a fresh crew of BBQ experts ready to spill all their smoky secrets. Take a look at who will be joining us...

Among the OutdoorLiving.ie lineup of grill masters, we are thrilled to welcome back Pat Conway and Jim O'Brien, the dynamic duo behind Smokin' Soul. Hailing from the picturesque landscapes of Cloonagh, Wexford these smokehouse legends are on a mission to share their fire cooking obsession with the people of Ireland. Renowned for handcrafting their own custom built range of BBQs, smokers, and accessories, Pat and Jim's expertise knows no bounds. Join them for a live and interactive smoker demo that will ignite your inner pitmaster!

Get ready for some knockout pizza tasters at Grill Fest with the one and only Reggie White, the mastermind behind Reggie's Pizzeria in Rathmines who has played a pivotal role in the explosion of pizza culture across the country. Reggie will be gracing Grill Fest to share his expert skills in crafting the perfect Neapolitan style pizza, demonstrating how to achieve that irresistible crust and balanced flavours right on the grill.

Prepare for an unforgettable grilling experience at GrillFest as Emily and Norman from Lo & Slo BBQ come fresh from their Wild & Fired BBQ School at the historic Brookhall Estate in Co. Derry! Fuelled by their American roots and a genuine passion for cooking with fire, the duo have cultivated a journey that celebrates the art of BBQ using locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients. Lo & Slo will be chatting to GrillFest visitors, bringing their live and interactive demonstration, where they will serve up mouthwatering dirty tomahawk steak tasters sizzling on hot smoking coals.  

Bringing his passion for local flavours and mixology expertise, Oisín Davis, the driving force behind Great Irish Beverages and a dedicated advocate for Wicklow's food and beverage producers, is set to feature his bespoke 'Wicklow Cocktail Demo' at GrillFest. Oisín will showcase innovative cocktails that highlight the county’s finest spirits and local produce. Join him for an engaging demonstration that promises to tantalise your taste buds and inspire your own cocktail creations with a distinctly Wicklow flair!

Join us for some stellar grilling from the culinary maestro behind Keith Cooks and a proud ambassador for Charbroil grills. With a passion for grilling that resonates deeply with food lovers, Keith brings a wealth of expertise and creativity to the barbecue scene. From perfecting the art of smoking to grilling succulent steaks and vibrant vegetables, Keith will be chatting to all the GrillFest BBQ lovers about the versatility of Charbroil’s innovative grilling technology.

There’s no show like a Joe Show! Look no further than Joe Savage, a Ballymaloe alumni and seasoned food and fire chef. Armed with his expertise and the finest cuts from Keith Grant’s butchery demonstrations, Joe will take centre stage once again on our very own Celtic Kamado grill. Prepare to be fired up with hot flames and succulent cuts of meat to taste from Joe’s grill.

The charismatic and self-deprecating craft butcher that is Keith Grant joins GrillFest 2025. With his butcher shop not far from the home turf of GrillFest, Keith will be demonstrating his traditional butchery skills with his own unique wit and flare. Known for talking the talk, catch him hosting a unique butchery demonstration that will inspire any meat and BBQ enthusiast.
